Registration is open only to those employed by healthcare organizations. Professional service firms, solution providers, vendors and other related firms who are interested in participation need to contact sales@nextgentoday.com. Opportunities to attend the event are outlined on the sponsor page.

POLICIES

Press Registration: A limited number of on-site media is available and whly recommend that you register in advance. Please use this on-line application to provide your press credentials. If you have any questions please contact Stacie at stacie@nextgentoday.com or 206-226-7224

Early Bird Discounts. Your credit card will be charged the early bird price as long as the form is received before close of business on the early bird deadline and includes all of the appropriate information.  Discounts/priority codes will be honored with the appropriate code.

Refund and Cancellation Policy. Conference cancellations with refund will be accepted, less a $50 processing fee, if in writing and received no later than Feburary 15, 2009. Registrations submitted after Feburary 15, 2009 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 206-260-3616 or email to register@nextgentoday.com. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows.

NextGen Today reserves the right to rescind any registration and, in that event, will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the Real Sustainability in Health Care Summit are subject to change.

Registration Limitations. Event is open only to registered participants and is not open to the public. NextGen Today reserves the right to make changes to the program and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first come, first seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted in the meeting rooms at any time during the Real Sustainability in Health Care Summit.
